Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be pleased with the wallpaper that you have bought from 1Clickwallpaper.
If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us within 14 days in re-saleable condition, in its full original packaging and the range is still for sale via our website.
There will be a restocking charge of 33% of the goods returned. If you require 1Clickwallpaper to arrange the collection of wallpaper to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your wallpaper).
If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, 1Clickwallpaper reserves the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.
We advise that all rolls are inspected prior to hanging, as a refund cannot be issued once the product has been hung. In the event of a fault please contact us immediately. In most cases we will ask you to send a sample of the Product clearly showing the fault along with all the Product Labels – it should not be necessary to return the entire faulty product. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging and you should not throw away the Product Labels until you have finished decorating. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
If your wallpaper sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.
If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
If any of your order has gone missing, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can assist you further.
In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
When returning goods in any of the above circumstances please contact us first either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 0113 345 0163. Please state your order number, date of receipt, and the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
