Please note: If your goods are damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours so we can rectify them for you. Photo evidence required.
Unwanted goods can be returned but please be advised we cannot accept goods back after 28 days.
We can only accept goods that have NOT been opened and are in a resalable condition. Goods must be returned carriage paid.
You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a redelivery charge or alternatively, you can collect from the carrier’s depot depending on the courier service.

We also offer a sample service at £0.99. When ordering flooring samples, you will receive a small cut sample either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm.

The best way to determine if a lorry can access your home/business address is whether you have a bin vehicle collecting from outside your premises.
Wide enough access - to accept large delivery lorries (minimum 2.8m)
No obstacles - free of obstacles that could obstruct delivery (e.g. low hanging tree branches)
No Inclines - the delivery area should be flat, rather than a steep slope.
Hard & level surface - hand pallet trucks only operate on hard flat surfaces, not loose ground such as grass or gravel.
Turning space - ample room to manoeuvre and position the lorry.
You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

We hope that you will be pleased with the flooring that you have bought from 1click Walls & Floors. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse return centre within 28 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the re-saleable items.
If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, 1click Walls & Floors reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.
If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.

The flooring will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property (curb side). The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the flooring into your property due to insurance purposes.
If you have any doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, please ensure to sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.
You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a re delivery charge.
Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a customer’s property.
